Release Date & Trailer

In late November 2025, the official trailer of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 was launched and created a buzz in the fan circle by providing a typical comic setup of the film involving love, misunderstanding, and weddings. The movie was released in the theaters on 12 December 2025 across the country.

Box Office Performance

Although the movie had an average initial release, it has registered steady growth in the theatres despite stiff competition with other large releases like Dhurandhar and Akhanda 2: Thaandavam. It was reported that the movie was grossing ₹1.85 crore in its first day and ₹2.50 crore the second day resulting in a total of ₹4.35 crore on its first and second days.

On the fifth day, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 was closing on the ₹10 crore mark which says that its light touch appeal is still taking theaters by storm.

Critical & Audience Reception

The sequel also has mixed reviews, most critics pointing out the sequel attempts to rely overly on time-tested comedy tropes and provides clean, family-friendly entertainment that is, at times, pleasant. Performances, and especially Kapil Sharma, have been lauded as having comic timing and charisma, but some of the reviews mention plot reasoning problems or excessive antics.

Conclusion

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 also recreates the old-fashioned situational comedy formula that the original film had captured the hearts of people. Its new casts and the others known to create funny moments make it fun and easy to watch, particularly to those who love to watch light and fun and family programs with Kapil Sharma. Although it is not a box office phenomenon, the movie has turned out to perform very well and still looks to reach out to its audience within a competitive release season.
